In my previous post I forgot to tell the reasons why I eliminated one of my top candidates (if anybody is interested):

9/8 9/6:

63 and 61 play better and make the five point, as well as 66, but the downside is that after them there are stripped points on the outer field and any upcoming six leaves a direct shot, and 65 plays poorly. 9-point is a useful landing ground if blue rolls 54 or 42.
