OK, let me check when back in Europe (and after unpacking some books that are still in boxes).
Thinking again, I believe that among others it was in Robertie's Reno book, first match (against Senk I believe).
If I remember right, you opened 62 (not 63, sorry), Robertie discuss Barclay Cooke, a long term proposition he played (split vs 13/5), and mentioned that after the split, the opener has a significant edge (a bit of an exaggeration). Then Senk rolled 43, played the cross-over slot, and Robertie discussed how effective the split was against a non-hitting number.
