PR doesn't really capture everything, but I'll give some general answers.

4. No idea

5. Various different factors (physical, mental, psychological) that I won't go into here. I think if you weren't in my shoes playing you wouldn't really understand.

I took a break when the score was something like 5-3 and said, "I don't know what's going on. It's like I forgot how to play backgammon."
