I strongly disagree Phil's describing backgammon either as GAMBLING or ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.......other games such as chess also have PRIZE MONEY in chess tournaments, and yet it is encouraged by the community to play that noble game. I think same applies to BACKGAMMON.
