Real backgammon 61 to play

There seems to be way too much work to do to escape 3 more checkers over the 5-prime with 2 of them not at the edge. With no homeboard yet, giving up the 21 point just doesn't seem like a good idea. This position can be won as a backgame, and it can be won going forward by getting that prime to bust. Getting the prime to bust and winning going forward requires successfully counterpriming.
I therefore like 13/7* 6/5. While making the 7 point seems like the obvious priming play, the position is too stacked and awkward to produce a large effective prime quickly. Slotting the 5 point accomplishes two objectives. It unstacks the heavy 6 point onto the next best point, creating the potential to create a strong prime rapidly, and if that fails and it gets hit, timing is improved. It seems like the best chance to create two ways to win.
