From the tournament to JFK is about 90 mins. Take the PATH to WTC, walk to either Chambers or Fulton/Broadway-Nassau and get the A train going towards Far Rockaway (not Lefferts Blvd), then get off at Howard Beach and transfer to the AirTrain.
