Cube placement

There are some important cube efficieny considerations.
After the 4 point play a lot of chocolate's wins come all at once from an underdog position so extremely little cube power to him. On the other hand if he misses the shot his board cracks and blonde has an efficient cube. The Jacoby rule is relevant here also. If gammons count the risk of this play is greater. But those gammons are not important with cube centered.
If white makes 3 point, and chocolate fans then blonde has holes and chocolate still has 6 point board. It is a cube but an ineffecient cube.
If white played to the one point no cube coming in next sequence so who knows how efficeint it would eventually be.
