Who is the better BG player: the one who has the lowest error rate, or the one who somehow maximizes the difference between his errror rate and that of his opponent?

Hit's the fan. You have to be very good. But you have to measure the rating difference, to work with this. 100 points are a lot, regarding changes in market windows. But if the players are even, would the "better" player according to the false rating adjusting his cube play not hurting himself?
