Now I never new that about the All Files option, Rich.

Phil, for taking partial screen shots, I love Greenshot. It lets you select an area, whole window or whole screen and grab it right to the clipboard and/or a file without going through Paint or Word. You can also set it to simply grab the previous area of the screen, and it has some basic mark-up tools too.

I've found it saves me loads of time.

Best of all, it'll cost you only as much gnubg, and I get a share of the sales for promoting it ;)
