Who is the better BG player: the one who has the lowest error rate, or the one who somehow maximizes the difference between his errror rate and that of his opponent?

There are several ways to determine who is best, and they are all imperfect, but here is my list:

1. who has the highest percentage of winning tournament for the tournaments entered; 2. who has the best w/l record in major tournament play 3. who has the lowest PR rating in major tournament play 4. who scores the best on tests and in duplicate backgammon games (which is essentially a test where everyone sees the exact same position every move) 5. who has the best w/l record against Giants (I would include anyone who has been on the top 32 Giant list since it's inception) 6. who has the best record against Stick
