I love your subtle humour and your insightful comments on positions. I find myself giggling at many of your posts as I imagine you must be giggling when you write them. :-)

Here though, I'd like you to elaborate a little on how you determine when a kamikaze play leaves you with a higher equity than the non kamikaze plays?
