Maybe the most obvious example is that one of the late doubler doing very well against the deep taker.

And, as I think you, Fabrice, will agree, the doing-well will be reflected equally well in the difference of cumulative mwc as in the actual results.

I have to admit at this point that I'm neither entirely sure about what Tim's and your points are, nor what it really was that happyjuggler wanted to know.
