Stunned by bot play! Should I be...

I am a believer in making plays that conform to my conceptual framework of backgammon. If every so often I get one wrong, so be it. It will not compensate for the many I would screw up if I started making insane plays because it resembled something I once saw a bot do. This is no exception. Common sense tells you that the bot is probably wrong here.
XGR+ sees the light.
