I'd be inclined to drop, despite the 4 point board. Chocolate's prime is key I think, because it delays the moment you'll be forced from your anchor. You may well be reduced to a 3- or 2-point board when you break the anchor, and chocolate will have added a few home-board points in the meantime.
Also, when the the spare on the anchor runs it may be hit, and then you may be forced of your anchor with many vulnerable blots. Then another factor is that you may leave a hittable home-board blot on the very next exchange.
Finally, Chocolate is likely to keep good outfield control.
