You ask why 15 might be a better 5 than 5.
I can think of a few reasons:
- You get a direct when he runs out with 52, 53 and 54.
- You don't have to break the 10 point to hit if he runs out with a 51.
- You avoid the frontloading of the prime (in general I like to keep my spares as far back on the prime as possible.)
- You can make a full prime with 61 which will be of value even though you don't rate to hold it for long.
