Looks like a double to me. Tan has an advantage in position, race and threats. And I count ten shakes that look pretty gammonish (hit an outfield blot or point on the blot on the 5). At 4-away, doubling in a gammonish position pays good dividends. I'd turn the cube.

Of course, if brown takes and wins, tan is looking at 4-away Crawford, so there's real risk here. So I think brown has enough to take.
