Looks like a double and a take to me. I think a double only because Blue's homeboard is a bit messy, give him the 4-point (6/4) and I would not double. Blue has a solid defensive position from the 22 point and some holding position based the midpoint-barpoint contact, although that goes both ways, given timing. If White rolls a number that cannot be used to make the 5-point, immediately either the spares to make the 5 point, or the bar anchor need to give.

Double and take for me.
