With Blue holding a 3-point anchor it's not very gammonish, so if taking is wrong it's probably not too wrong. I once read that "you can take anything from the three point" but I don't believe it. Blue also has a race lead so that's two assets. White will have a hard time clearing his 18 point (marked as 7 in the diagram) so I think these three add up to a narrow take. I'd be inclined to just reset the board and be content to be 19-away 19-away, but it's probably a narrow take.
