Okay Joe, your side of the aisle can use 'Palin prime' and my side of the aisle will use 'Pelosi prime'.

Since you brought up Judaism, I wonder if anyone has thought the term 'blitz' offensive as that term originates from the the German word 'blitzkrieg', or 'lightning war', a term first used to describe the Nazi war machine. (At least according to Wikipedia, which I admit is not always 100% authoritative).

I realize the term blitz has probably been completely secularized and sanitized by its usage in American football.

I myself am not offended by the term but I am not Jewish although it is often assumed that I am because of my surname and that fact that I host backgammon tournaments on some Sundays. :-)

Just wondering if anyone else, particularly anyone Jewish, has thought about this origin of the word 'blitz'. I am already working on replacement terms. :-)
