That will show us (for that particular position) if it's due to a skewness of the distribution or if the stdev is just smaller than the normal assumption says.

If, as I presume, in your 1296-trials rollouts the first two moves are stratified, that is one good reason to believe the latter. Or do you do clever things to counterbalance the effect?
