Tough play. Making the 1 point looks really wrong since our follow-up is basically this position except worse, so that leaves 8/6 4/3* and either lift with 3/2 or play 8/7. I think 8/7 is OK while we still have the anchor since even though it gets gammoned a bit more, it shouldn't be that much.
