13/7* seems to do the most to hurt White's timing and also White's chances for anything but a backgame. After that I prefer 23/18* to 8/3*. 8/3* stops the immediate threat of a second anchor but at the cost of giving White considerable counterattacking chances if White hits back. 23/18* 13/7* might give White a playable 2-3 backgame but everything else seems to give White even more.
