My choice before looking at your analysis was 23/18 8/5, because I played 8/5 automatically and I didn't like 8/5 8/3*. But after reading your reasoning I'm persuaded that PoH is best. We should attack, and owning both the 8pt and 3pt (with the 5pt slotted) should be better than owning only the 5pt (with the 3pt and 8pt slotted).
