Make the 5 point of course, and then 9/8. His return shots are the biggest concern, since we won't have a chance to win by slotting and covering, then hitting a later shot. Unfortunately, it's now or never; if we don't hit him next roll, the chances we do so later are too small to consider in choosing today's play.
