Try to just hit RETURN/Enter on your keyboard. Or try to use TAB and then ENTER (repeatedly (is that a word?!)), until the focus is on the OK button and then hitting ENTER will close the current window.

Since you can't see the OK button, you just have to try my suggestion a few times until this procedure works.

BTW: what is the screen resolution of your netbook?
