Using this O/C'd hexa core here I can do about 1000 4 ply opening RO's per hour. But XGR+ is considerably slower than that and even taking into account that 1 ply play for the weak side won't add any more relevent time, I'd expect to be several times slower than 4 ply for both sides.

Then when you figure how many scores there are to RO in a 11 pt match (15 is lots worse) and add in more time since some scores don't have much if any cube use, you'll see that it will take a LONG LONG time.
