If by bridge you mean duplicate bridge then surely that has to be the most skillful / least luck. In duplicate bridge your real opponent gets exactly the same cards as you do so there's no luck at all. By contrast, the actual game of Poker is 100% luck and no skill at all. That is until you start betting, at which point there's quite a bit of skill involved.
I haven't played a lot of poker, but I'd place poker below backgammon on the most skillful / least luck scale. And the reason is this: a successful gambling game has to let the fish win often enough to keep the fish coming back. That requires a fair amount of luck and it's why chess or Go for money is very rare. So I figure that given the enormous number of fish who play poker for money, it must be better than backgammon at letting the fish win often enough to keep them coming back. Thus it must be more "lucky". I may be wrong about this, but that's my reasoning.
So in descending order of most skill to least skill, I'll go with bridge, backgammon, poker.
