The two temperature scales meet at –40.

I think the coldest weather I have ever experienced was one night, about thirty years ago, when I drove through northern Vermont on my way to go skiing in Canada.

It was –30° F.

My hottest was one time Walter and I went to Death Valley after a Vegas tournament in June in the early 1990s. It was 115° F.

Can anyone beat my 145° spread?
