In a symmetrical mutual holding game position like this, breaking anchor makes no sense. So I see only three plausible candidates: 8/2 6/3, 13/7 10/7, and 13/7 6/4. The double dump 8/2 6/3 is overly cautious, putting two checkers behind the anchor. Though we'd rather not get hit, it isn't worth such an anti-positional move to avoid leaving any shots, especially since White will be somewhat reluctant to break anchor to hit. So 13/7 is the 6, and then we have a 3 to play. 10/7 gives up the 6-away point to make the bar point, and leaves an outfield blot anyway. Against an advanced anchor, the 6-away point is elevated in value and the bar point is degraded in value. 6/3 puts a checker behind the anchor but unstacks the heavy 6 point. Neither play looks like a whopper but I'd play 6/3.
