This type of problem has been seen often enough that I don't find it difficult to play 6/5x 6/4 due to cube access. If I get hit, I'll just cube.

Leaving two blots looks a bit loose since we don't want to be double hit with 51 and since I think the take is clear after 55 due to our 2nd blot.
