Black on roll, cube action?

Late blitz cubes are still a weakness for me. The same features of a position that are an asset in an early blitz can be a liability in a late blitz.
In particular, Yellow's 5pt and 3pt would be strong defensive assets in an early blitz, because they would inhibit loose hitting by Black (Black would be somewhat afraid of getting hit back and dancing). In a late blitz like this one they're still assets, but they have to be assessed a little differently. Black already has a lot of material up front and has decent priming chances as well as blitzing chances, so he doesn't "need" to hit loose as often as in an early blitz. Yellow's forward structure does inhibit loose hitting to some extent, but it also serves an important function of creating difficulties for Black to get his remaining checkers around safely. Note that Black's 2's and 4's play a little awkwardly.
Another thing to consider in a late blitz is that even if Yellow anchors, his troubles aren't necessarily over. Say Yellow anchors on the 24pt or 23pt. Yellow still has a tough game. He may have to expose blots in the outfield or bury his checkers prematurely. This is a potential downside of having homeboard points made in a late blitz...it can ruin your timing for a holding game.
After noting all these features I'm still not sure, but I would take, albeit without much conviction.
