By running with 43Z-64, White duplicates Black's 2s (13/11), which could be used to make her 4pt (42 and 62), 7pt (62 and 21) or 21pt (21). This duplication does not exist to the same extent in 43S-64. Hence, 43Z-64R is best, while 43S-64P is best.

Excellent observation. According to my notes, in terms of the 43Z-64R and 43S-64P support paradigm, 42 is a neutral roll, and 62 and 22 are actually a bit contraindicative. However, 52 and 21 (especially) and 32 overwhelm in support.

Indeed, the swing of 43Z-64 R vs P, over 43S-64 P vs R, would be even larger (by about .010) if it weren't for the partially offsetting strength of 43Z-64R-55 (which hits on the 11pt and points on the 1pt).
