My inclination in this position is to run but there is the JOH QF to be considered...

If the score was such that gammon's were really bad I might anchor and slot the 4.

If gammon's were really, really good, I might make the 4.

leading at -10, -13 with the cube only being on 2 I run and ask my opponent to please roll a 2 because opponents rarely do what I ask them...
