If you meant to say that OTB most players don't play 24/21 24/20* then your experience accords with mine, but I can't resist nitpicking and saying that when two plays with differing strategies roll out this close, the correct play is likely to depend more on who you're playing than on the theoretical equity difference. Thus, depending on the opponent, 24/21 24/20* might be the misplay and 24/20* 13/10 might be correct.
