My quick stronger RO also shows that 16/10 is a bit of an overplay.

Let me try to understand why... After the correct 5/4x Black is likely to hit back. Black has a 3 pt board and if Black hits more checkers after 16/10 he may end up hitting all three blots soon and if White rolls poorly from the roof, heaven forbid, he could end up cracking which is an absolute disaster with this huge advantage.

After 18/12 White is less likely to make an immediate 6 prime, but the chances of getting three blots hit and then cracking are clearly much less and the checker on the 12 pt may provide some timing if two blots are hit.

I laugh not at your backgame defence, but only at the weak RO settings you continue to use to try to understand difficult decisions. Of course, it is possible that both your and my RO's aren't giving the correct answer, but one can certainly place more trust in a higher level RO.
