How I wish I had more time to rant in general

Then I harass the slowpokes and threatened that the final round must be played with a clock if semifinals are not completed in time.

(a) How does that harassment work? Do they acknowledge their slowness, or do they get indignant?

(b) If you're trying to help the clock cause, please don't use the word "threaten". One might threaten to key your car or tip over your garbage can.
