Start with my take point.

• Double/Pass puts me at -4 -6 or 64%
• Double/Take/Lose puts it at -4 -4 or 50%
• Double/Take/Win gives me the match, 100%

Risking 14% to gain 36%. Risk/(risk+gain) or 14/(14+36) >> 14/50 or 28% as your take point.

I may be over simplifying but this looks like a 7 roll v. 7 roll position which I know to be 68%. With the elevated take point and a fair bit of volatility I'm clearly in my window, double/take.
