2 down seems the most constructive to me.

It slots a very valuable point and puts immediate pressure on white to roll a 6. If he does, in most cases blue will get return shots from the bar.

If he doesn't roll the 6, then blue will have 15 covers (perhaps 41 should be used to build the 5p).
