One more point to add: Black's biggest liability is the back checker, and is excpetionally well connected with back's 18 point (thus black is not really threatened, for now, to get blitzed). After 4(2)/1* things change drammatically. Of course you already mentioned that due to the 12 men in the zone black is under attack, but I feel that if black did not own 18 point things would have been different. Btw: I would have played 11/9(2) 24/22 6/4 with no second thought
