Prebot books

There are several prebot books that are worth reading, IMO. I agree, to avoid learning the wrong ideas, it is good to have rollouts of the positions available as you read. Also having a copy of Bagai's "Classic Backgammon Revisited" will give you good explanations of positions that famous authors got wrong.
Here are my favorite prebot books:
- The Backgammon Book -- Jacoby and Crawford
- Backgammon -- Paul Magriel
- Backgammon for Profit -- Joe Dwek
- Paradoxes and Probabilities -- Barclay Cooke
- Advanced Backgammon -- Bill Robertie
- Costa Rica 1993 -- Antonio Ortega
