Even if you had enough dice rolls... given that the mapping from a bitstream to a dice stream is not injective, wouldn't it be hard to reconstruct the bitstream (and thus, the internal state of the Mersenne Twister) from the dice stream, maybe hard enough to call a Mersenne Twister outputting a dice stream cryptographically secure?
