I was talking about anchoring alone. If somehow I could pass my opponent's turn and the only progress he has made is anchoring I'm happy as a pig in shit. The only roll that does this is 54. (I didn't look at how all the rolls played before making my general statement) You game plan is to use the enormous racing lead you have if given the opportunity. Him anchoring is yawn, you love that game.
