I'd still cube, and also think it is a blunder to not do so unless playing someone who'll take a WhopperCube soon. Most volatile positions that RO as a .783 take are cubes. This position is volatile as 18 rolls make the 6 pt and there's chances to open a 2nd blot, or heaven forbid, roll 21 and open 2 new blots or roll a blocked two now and a blocked ace later.

Honestly, it wouldn't shock me to see some players pass this. When I first saw the position, my thoughts were about trying to find a take. I did see enough slime to take especially the 50% of the time that the 6 pt is still open.
