Quite sporting of you; however, I'm not one to compromise. I prefer a clock and shaking/rolling dice using dice cups; I'll always make every attempt to play in that fashion -- or to make you wish that you had.

A clock and a single set of legitimate dice, legitimately rolled, accomplish everything one can seek in the execution of the game. A dice tube or baffle box, with or without a clock, does not.

Your underestimation of the dexterity of the unscrupulous is somewhat frightening as well. Will you have a monitor watch the match to distinguish when a tube is 'accidentally' tipped, before or after the dice have settled. Player A's word against Player's B word. How easy it for the slightly cocked die of a good roll to be gently dislodged during a late release of the tube? Or to not be dislodged when a bad roll?

What distinguishes, with a tube, who has rolled and who is to roll? The unscrupulous could merely claim a second roll. Your word against his -- do you roll for it?

Far too many things are unanswered. Most all are answered by a clock and dice rolling.
