I don't understand what people see when they look at problems like this one esp. since, in my mind at least, we just went through the same thing about a week ago in this thread.

Summary, race way up, running out of time/spares to play, want to disengage the back checkers, opponent's board not yet developed. The only question should be 13, 4 or 16, 13.
