Woolsey's law should have guided you to the proper cube action in all of these from your end. I would have doubled #1, #3, and #4 without hesitation. I also have a reference position or two that would have been useful in my head, but I would not have needed them here. #2 largely depends on my opponent if I cube or not, but it can't be a bad move to send it over in practice.
