Millions of reasons it could have taken longer. The most likely in my mind is that some rollouts were performed while other rollouts were also running. If I run 4 rollouts at once the reported times will be much longer than if I had ran them one at a time. Another scenario is different computers as you mention of course. Paul could have deprioritized XG because he was doing other things on his computer and that could have slowed it ... etc... etc... etc...
