Backgammon for Android?

Is somebody developing decent backgammon app for Android?

If yes - when it will be available?
If no - why not?


Currently there are two lame apps (both graphically and by playing strength), and Android is fast growing platform - possibility to be almost monopolist in that market. Anybody?
