We are already in a containment game. Making a point on someones head is very strong. The timing is sound, even if white gets away. Hitting the second checker, and we are favorite. White has a block by now with a bunch of dead chekkers. If we move now, they can get into life. There is the chance, to divide the white army. I would make the 3 point.
