In the left-hand position (yours), I would definitely hit; I'm not sure the score makes much difference. OTOH, in the right-hand variant position, I would definitely make the 5pt.

I've repeated the position below, but the roll is 61 instead of 42. Do you hit or make the bar point? Do you deviate depending on the score?
